Matthia started his career in the kitchen at the age of 15 and developed a pious passion for this profession, year after year, by cumulating experiences at various types of establishments: 4 stars hotels, starred restaurants, private events. He left his home country to perfect his experience internationally: Hong Kong, Dubai, Canada, France. He now set down his knives in Switzerland, by joining the restaurant Le Dario’s, in Geneva. For this new adventure, started in 2016, he committed to propose an authentic Italian kitchen, together with his team. The idea of the “homemade” is really important for him and he loves to take care of the dishes he composes. From homemade bread and pasta to desserts, Matthia is constantly aiming at refining his kitchen, as to offer the best experience to the clients.
